Vito gets up with me around 6am. He goes outside and then plays with my resident dog for a while before eating breakfast. He typically lays under my desk during the day while I work from home. I take him out a couple times throughout the day and then we typically take a 2 mile walk before dark. He eats dinner in the early evening and then plays more and settles down and naps or chews a bone for the rest of the evening. He loves to lay outside on nice days. Vito has quite the personality and doesn't keep his opinions to himself! He will let you know in true Husky style what he is thinking or when he doesn't agree with you. He is the sweetest and well mannered dog and just wants to make you happy.
Vito loves people and has been happy to meet everyone both inside and outside my home. He is very affectionate and just wants to be loved. Vito has only met adults since I have had him, but his previous owner said he is good with young children as they had an in home daycare.
Vito is a medium energy dog. He loves taking a long walk each day and loved going to the dog park with his previous owner. He gets very excited when he knows that he is going on a walk and once he is on his leash and out the door, he settles down and walks pretty well. He pulls a little at first but then settles into the pace.
Vito is great with other dogs. I have two resident dogs, one of which doesn't care for him, just because he is bigger than her. He avoids her and minds his own business but my other dog loves him and they play every chance they get. He loves to play tug of war and wrestle gently with other dogs. When he sees dogs while we are walking, he looks at them, but doesn't react at all or try to go towards them. He has met other dogs outside my home and has done very well with them and had not issues playing with them.
Vito's previous owner said he did fine with cats, but in my care he has not been exposed to cats.
I crate Vito and my two dogs when I leave and give him a treat before I walk out the door. Once in a while he will voice a short complaint about me leaving and then settle down, but the majority of the time he is quiet and lays right down until I return.
Vito is a gorgeous boy who is the sweetest dog. He is looking for his forever family who will love him and spoil him with lots of attention and walks. He is eager to please and has good manners and listens well. He is a very easy going dog and is always happy to be by your side with whatever you are doing. Warning - you will fall in love with him immediately!
