Updates

Tex and I start our day around 9/10 am and I feed him and then we go for a 30 minute morning walk. Depending on what I have to do Tex will either come with me or stay home. I feed him again around 6 pm and then take him to the courtyard in my apartment complex so he can run around until he's tired.

He absolutely loves people. He can sometimes still be a little timid at first (usually with taller men), but he warms up to everyone quickly.

Tex has not had exposure to children or cats while in my care.

Tex LOVES to run and I think he definitely needs a home where he has a space to do so. I would say he's a medium energy pup and I have to exercise him at least twice a day.

Tex is great with other dogs but slow introductions are very important. He get's very excited when he sees other dogs and still needs to learn how to control that excitement.

Tex will chew at things left out on the floor. Not everything, but things like shoes or food wrappers, so I just make sure to clean up before I leave so he can't get into anything. Also according to my neighbors he does bark a little when I am gone but he doesn't really bark other than that.

Tex has added nothing but joy to my life and everyone that meets him loves him. My favorite thing about him is how cuddly and loving he is.
