Updates

Officially adopted October 27, 2020!

A typical day for Storm includes waking up around 7:30 am. He then goes outside for a potty break with his foster mom and foster sister - Jenna. He will then eat and play with Jenna while his foster mom works. He goes on a walk a day and eats again around 1 pm and 6 pm. He sleeps multiple times throughout the day after he gets out all of his puppy energy. He enjoys playing with the resident dog and watching tv with his foster family.

Although Storm has not yet been around children, when on walks he wants to say "hello" to everyone on the street. He is very receptive to new faces and will greet them with many kisses. He is such a young puppy that he adapts easily to any new changes.

Storm needs to be walked at least once a day to tire him out due to his puppy energy. He is growing quickly, and it is already evident that he will be a GREAT running buddy. Right now, he is too young to go on long runs but does well around the block. He is responding well to leash training and enjoys walking around downtown Madison.

He loves playing with other dogs. Storm and Jenna spend the entire day together, except when crated. They will even nap together on the rugs and have to be touching each other the whole time. He enjoys her presence but also does well alone.

Storm is already crate trained and will either take a nap or play with a toy in the crate. He is fine being left alone but does need to be crated when his foster family leaves the home because of his puppy nature.

Storm is looking for the perfect forever family. He is almost completely potty trained and will sit in front of the door when he needs to go outside. He learns VERY QUICKLY as long as his owner shows him the difference between right and wrong. He would be the perfect dog for any type of owner and is growing quickly!
