PUPDATE 2

As Pancake has settled into her foster home, she has found her voice.  She will need work on learning appropriate manners when she can’t get something.  It’s helpful to distract her when she’s barking.  Pancake is in the chewing phase as a four month old puppy and will need reminders on appropriate chew toys.  We are working on distracting her with the appropriate toys so this behavior stops.  Pancake has really taken to being outside and explore the yard or even nap out there! Pancake would benefit from a home with lots of space or better yet a home with a fenced in yard.

PUPDATE 1

Pancake starts the day off playing for a good while with dogs in her foster home. Around 2 pm, she will nap for a bit and then is ready to play again.

She absolutely loves people! We are still working on jumping and ways to control our bodies when we get excited.

Pancake is very playful and an energetic girl. She tends to pull on a leash and can get frightened going to new places.  Her family will need to help continue working on leash manners.

This girl loves other dogs! She would benefit the most in a home with other dogs. She is still learning how to play without being to overwhelming. Pancake is doing a lot better at recognizing when other dogs don’t want to play!

When we are gone, we crate Pancake, and she cries a tiny bit but then falls asleep.

She is the biggest lover you will meet. She just loves to cuddle and craves attention.
