Hi, my name is Sprinkle! I’m 4 months old and weigh about 22 lbs already. I have big paws, so I will probably grow to be a big boy. I’m pretty snuggly, full of energy and lots of love. I recently learned how to sit and shake and overall am a good learner. I’m friendly with all people and dogs. He hasn’t met a cat yet.
On my walks, I like to pick up sticks and leaves and whatever else I find.. it’s best to take them away from me so I don’t eat them and upset my stomach. My stomach was very sensitive the first few weeks here, so I haven’t had much dog food and have kept to a bland diet. I’m transitioning to a new food, which has helped, along with some medicine from the vet. My stomach is getting better but I still have some soft poos.
Most nights lately I sleep through the night in my kennel with one trip to pee, other nights I wake up 2-3 times still. I wake up at 5 or 6 am and can usually go back to sleep for another hour or so. I am mostly house-trained and rarely have accidents in the house now. I’m also pretty good in the car, sometimes a little anxious but mostly curious about outside until I get sleepy.
I like to bark sometimes, especially for attention, but I’m extremely friendly with everyone I meet. I can play a little rough sometimes and my puppy teeth are extra sharp, but I mostly just want a toy to chew on and a person to cuddle with :)
Overall, Sprinkle is a great pup and we love him very much. He has lots of love to give and any adopters would be lucky to have him!
