Reid for his forever family on March 15, 2021!

Reid starts his day by eating breakfast and using the bathroom. He likes to play while his foster mama drinks her coffee. After he plays, he takes a nap around noon. Once he wakes up, he does some more playing and gets ready for bed.

He loves all people and wants someone to play and cuddle with. Reid will let anyone hold him, but he is a puppy and will nip sometimes.

Reid has met an 8-year-old child and did well. He treated them like any other person. He wanted to play and cuddle, but still respected his space.

Reid struggles a little going on walks. This is not uncommon a puppy his age.  It might just be the snow, but he does not want to leave the driveway. If you get him started, Reid will walk a little and then try to turn back. He loves playing tug-of-war and chasing toys around the house. Reid likes to chase you outside, and enjoys playing with one of his doggie friends.

He is still working hard on potty training, but will go on command when taken outside. Reid does not need to be taken out at night when he is in his crate. He does well with other dogs both on and off leash.

Reid currently lives with a cat and does not respect her personal space. He is fine when the cat is not around but once she comes out is play time.  Reid would do best in a home without cats.

He has not been left home alone yet, but he would do great in his crate while we are out.

Reid is the absolutely sweetest dog ever!  He is both playful and cuddly. He almost has two different moods: a complete cuddle bug or a playful puppy. Anyone would be lucky to have Reid as an addition to their home.
