Reba is a very good family dog. She deserves a loving and caring family that willing to have a lot of patience to teach her to be confident and brave as she navigates new surroundings.

She loves people and other dogs. It takes time for her to get comfortable when you first meet her. She met with my friend's kid and liked her right away.  Reba was being very gentle. She is still not sure about walks and can get nervous with loud noises on walks. She sits right away and hides behind you when she sees other people, bicycle, or cars. When you tell her it's ok, she will walk again with you. Reba went running with a friend and she had the biggest smile!  She is a really good running buddy.

Reba loves kids. We met with some children that live near us. Reba will sit right away and let them pet her. She also likes to lick them and she’s so gentle.

Reba has a medium level of energy. She can run around all day, play all day, and she also can just snuggle with you all day. She wakes up around 9am in the morning. Then she takes nap and will go to bed around 11pm.

Inside, she likes to play with my dog and they get along very well. Outside the home, she is still not sure and sort of timid. She hasn’t shown any signs of aggression and she is just not sure what to do when she sees other dog. I'm working to build her confidence.  Reba does not live with any cats in her foster home.

Reba is being treated for anaplasma with a round of antibiotics. She does not show any clinical signs.

This young gal is looking for a family to help build her confidence and learn to navigate the world with positive reinforcement and treats.
