Meet Levi! This little ball of spunk is ready to find his forever home. He's a smart boy who is working on potty training, crate training and learning the rules of a household such as not stealing shoes and items that don't belong to him. In just a few days, he has learned the word "outside" and knows to go to the patio door. He has a lot of learning to do but he's super smart and is eager to please.
He's a super sweet boy and loves people. We haven't seen him with young children but he is still learning that puppy teeth are not welcome on human skin so older kids would likely be a better fit for him. He has been very loving with all adults and teenagers that he's met so far with us.
He loves to run zoomies and race against the fence line with the backyard neighbor puppy and would do well in a household on his own or with another dog that is welcoming to his playful high energy.
Levi is currently being fostered with a cat but there is a mutual dislike there so I wouldn't recommend he go to a home with a cat as he actively seeks him out to bark and growl at him.
Levi spends his days in intervals of playing with his toys, going for a 10-15 minute walk and then taking a nap in his crate until it's lunch time and then playing resumes and the cycle repeats. He goes to bed around 10 pm and sleeps through the night in his crate. He whimpers for just a minute but will settle quickly if he can hear people nearby and his crate gets covered with a blanket.
Levi is looking for a family to include him on adventures. He's young now but could be an excellent agility training dog someday. If you're looking for an active little buddy, Levi might be for you!
