Adopted on June 30th!

Jazz wakes up around 8am and eats his first meal for the day.  He then goes on walk and plays with foster dog brother. He stays in crate while I work for a couple hour increments. He tends to nap at this time and when he wakes up, I have lunch and go on another walk. Then Jazz naps again while I finish work and then I play and then dinner, walk, and sleeps well through night if you take him out at midnight.

Jazz loves attention from his foster parents and anyone he sees on the street. He is very playful and loves to meet new people! Jazz is very friendly and I have never seen any aggression from him towards anyone.

He's met many children on the street during walks and he loves them as much as they love him!

Jazz is a very chill dog when you want him to be, but he is always ready to play and will have lots of energy if you do! He is very independent and perfectly fine entertaining himself and playing by himself but loves to play and run with humans and other dogs as well. He has made a lot of improvement on the leash. Jazz can be a bit slow and sometimes just sit or lay down, but for the most part he walks next to you and is a very quick learner. Walks are kept short because it's been so hot, and after a while he wants to be carried. After a long walk Jazz is ready for a long nap. Once he gets bigger, Jazz will definitely need longer walks, but probably 2 long walks a day rather than 3-4 short ones.

He loves to play with other dogs in and outside of the home. Jazz does not have exposure to cats

Jazz does well when left alone, usually just sleeps. Jazz doesn't really bark unless he's hungry, but might bark once or twice when the door shuts. Sometimes (if he hasn't been walked yet) he will play with/shred up his pee pad, but normally is an angel and just plays and sleeps by himself. Jazz is even more of an angel when him and his brother are alone together.

Jazz is an incredibly quick learner. He knows commands like come, sit, stay, lay down, give you a fist bump (command is "knucks"), and spin in a circle (command is "dance"). We are working on more tricks, but he learns them faster than I can think of them! Jazz learned to spin in a circle in less than 5 minutes. He is very independent, but incredibly lovey (loves to give kisses), and will cuddle with you if he's tired enough. Jazz would be a great pal to take on life with and take on adventures and would also do incredibly well with a family. He truly is the perfect dog!
