Janis Joplin (Joppy, Jan Jan) is just a sweetie. She is a gorgeous girl with so much love to give. She is all legs and paws and she is a joy to watch as she runs around and tries to stay coordinated. She does great with my two other resident dogs, loves playing with toys and just sitting out on the lawn. She is very comfortable outside so the potential owners should have a yard where she can sit outside and be vigilant (as all Pyrenees should). When she feels a little scared or unsure, she comes to her human (right now me) for cuddles. It is very endearing and hope her people will find her soon so they don't miss out on these sweet baby cuddles!
I don't believe she had ever been on a leash before, so we are working on leash skills. She is learning quickly.
So far, she runs outside and pees and poops right away.
Have had her on a long lead on the porch and she does very well.
Janis will be adopted out with an addendum to her contract to be spayed at an appropriate age.
