Meet Hopper — the 8 month old Texas sweetheart with the world’s cutest snaggle tooth! If his goofy grin doesn’t win you over, his playful, cuddly personality definitely will.
Hopper is a classic puppy in all the best ways: curious, energetic, and always ready for a good time. He loves playing with his foster family’s resident dog and is happy to romp around with pups of all sizes. Toys are his love language — squeaky, stuffed, rubber, you name it, he’ll proudly parade it around.
On walks, Hopper is a little social butterfly. He does great on a leash and greets every person and dog like they’re his new best friend. He’s generally quiet, too — the only place he really uses his voice is in his crate.
Speaking of crates, Hopper is still working on crate training. He keeps his crate perfectly clean, but he can be vocal, especially when left alone. Because of this, he’d do best in a home without shared walls. He’s still young, enthusiastic, and figuring out the world, so a patient adopter who can help continue his training routine will set him up for success.
Hopper is mostly potty trained and does well on a schedule, but he’s still in that “I might mark something new” stage. When he’s not actively supervised, he wears a belly band, which helps him stay on the right track.
After playtime, Hopper turns into a total marshmallow — he loves cuddling just as much as he loves zooming around the yard. If you want a dog who will make you laugh, keep you active, and curl up with you afterward, this boy is your guy.
