PUPDATE 1

Cinnamon loves when her foster home is quiet. She comes out of her crate and will relax on the dog bed. She will explore the house. Cinnamon loves to be brushed and likes it when her foster mom brings out the Furminator. brush.

Cinnamon does have a bit of food aggression. She will growl at her foster sisters, a dog and a cat. She doesn’t chase them, just verbalizes that’s her food and to back away. This only happens if she’s currently eating. If she leaves food in her dish, she’ll allow them to eat it.

Cinnamon has been feeling more safe now that she’s been here for a month. She loves to run in the yard. She thinks it’s fun to run and hop. She enjoys playing with toys and will chew on one while lounging in the grass.

She sleeps quietly in her crate at night. Cinnamon will bark or whine if she needs to go potty. If she goes out before bed around 10pm, she’ll settle in for the night and waits for us to let her out between 8-9am on weekends or 7-8am on weekdays.

Cinnamon spends her days lounging in her crate, playing with her foster dog sibling either outside or inside, chewing on toys, and napping. She does not chew on non-toys. She loves bones, especially filled with peanut butter.

She is truly the best dog ever. Cinnamon is a quiet girl and rarely barks. She doesn’t like loud noises and a rambunctious household, which is our home half the time. She prefers the quiet days she has with foster mom and dad over the days when all her human siblings are home.

Cinnamon met the foster cat recently. She ignored her and wasn’t interested in her. The only interaction she had with her was when the cat came towards her as she was eating. She growled at her and the cat ran away.

PUPDATE 2

Cinnamon is fed in the morning around 6-7am and will spend some time outdoors. If it is quiet outside, she will spend a few hours outside running and playing with her foster sibling in the fenced yard. If it is really windy or loud outside, she wants to come in after she has gone potty. She spends most of the day in her crate but comes out for some pets every once in a while. Cinnamon is a really quiet and peaceful dog. She will go outside several times a day, usually for a potty break. She eats dinner around 6pm, spends some more time outside, and comes in. She does love a good chew toy, pig's ear, or other special chew toy (peanut butter or pumpkin filled bones).

Cinnamon is timid and hides in her crate when new people come inside the home. She avoids strangers outside of the home. It takes her quite some time to warm up to new people.

She hides in her crate when our younger boys are home. She will allow them to pet her, but Cinnamon does not initiate contact with them.

Cinnamon has low energy. This may be due to her timidness. She does like to run around the yard. She has walked well on a leash to and from the vet and sitters. Cinnamon doesn't get walks on leashes because of her startle reflex.

Cinnamon ignores our neighbor's dogs and is a bit scared of them when they bark. She tolerates our foster puppy and will play with her. Cinnamon lets her know when play time is over and she wants to be left alone.

When we attempted to introduce her to the cat through a door and then a gate, Cinnamon didn't want to come over to the door or gate. She seemed scared and uninterested.

She rests quietly in her crate when she's left alone.

Cinnamon was treated for Lymes and anaplasma with a round of antiobotics. She is the proud mom of 9 healthy puppies! Her puppies include Bernie, Devon, Henry, Jackie, Moli, Robin, Rollie, Woodruff and Yeli.

Cinnamon is a super sweet and shy girl. If you're looking for a calm and chill girl to add to your quiet household, she's the girl for you! She does warm up once she knows she can trust you.
