Cheesecake gets up between 6:00 and 6:30 in the morning and goes outside with her sister to go potty in the backyard. She then comes in and has breakfast and plays while I get ready for work. She goes out again after eating one more time before I leave for work. She spends the day with her sister in a gated-off area while I am at work. I let her out midday as she is still a puppy and then again when I come home from work at 5:00. We go for a walk and then she has dinner and goes out to the backyard for some play time. Cheesecake then hangs out with my household dogs and 2 cats in the evening. She loves toys, snuggling with her humans and chew sticks.
Cheesecake is great with people of all ages although she is still a puppy so her play may be too energetic for really small kids. She is super friendly to all people we meet on our walks as well as when visiting others homes or when people come into our home.
Cheesecake has met children ages 4-12 and does really well. She loves their attention and is not a super mouthy puppy.
Cheesecake is a medium energy puppy. Like most puppies she has bursts of play followed by being completely zonked out. She enjoys laying on her bed and chewing on a toy or bone and enjoys going for a daily walk. She likes playing with the resident dogs and then chilling out with her humans.
Cheesecake is excellent with other dogs and respects their cues if they are done playing her. She has great dog manners when meeting other dogs both big and small.
Cheese gets along very well with my resident cats.
Cheesecake is with her sister and my resident dogs during the day, but has not exhibited any separation anxiety or destructive behaviors while I am gone.
Cheesecake is an all around great puppy! She sleeps quietly in her kennel from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM and is smart, good natured and eager to please.
