Carter is full of puppy energy and loves playing with other dogs. He's good with dogs or all sizes - gentle with puppies and not afraid to hold his own against his 95-lb foster brother. He's also perfectly content snuggling up with his humans on the couch for a movie night and will love you even more if you let him sleep on the bed with you. He loves being as close as possible to his humans.
Carter has met several young children in our neighborhood and did wonderfully with them. He's constantly ready to play and can be a little mouthy.
He is extremely food motivated, which is great for training.
