Meet Andy! A small breed mix, born in a foster home in Louisiana on May 6, 2022. He and his siblings have been raised together in a loving home with cats, dogs and children so they have been well socialized. At 8 weeks, he was 6.8 pounds. He will be a small adult. Their mom is pictured with them. The pups are all a little fuzzy with a fuzzy curled tail.
Andy is a medium energy pup, according to the southern foster. He can be a little snuggler! He will need time, effort and patience to train and help him develop into his best self with good dog manners. He is working on potty training and crate training. We will be working on adjusting to a harness preparing for a leash. He is a 10 week old puppy who will need to work on all skills and have someone with a flexible schedule and can be home every few hours to take him outside and to interact with him.
We will be taking applications early for these puppies since they have been in foster care since birth. He is wrapping up some puppy vetting on 7/29. He will be 12 weeks old at that point. Andy will be ready to leave his mates and join his forever family for new adventures and cuddles the first week of August.
