Updates

Zoe starts her day around 7 am with breakfast. She then proceeds to take a nap until her first round of playtime. The rest of the day is spent napping, playing, and eating until bedtime around 10 pm.

Zoe is a typical, friendly puppy! She wants to meet every person she sees, and shower them in kisses. Zoe does not understand boundaries, and will immediately climb into someone's lap for pets.

Zoe lived with a toddler in her previous foster home. She behaved well, but as with all dogs, she should be monitored at all times in the presence of children.

Zoe is a medium energy dog. At this age, she does not play for long and she needs plenty of naps to reenergize. Her favorite games to play are fetch and tug-a-war, and has enjoyed her time in the snow.

Zoe gets very excited to meet new dogs. She is still very jumpy, and therefore should be monitored closely with new dogs to ensure appropriate play. Zoe lived with dogs in her previous foster home, and they were her best friends. She currently lives in an only dog home, and has adjusted well to this change. Zoe could be happy in either a multiple dog or only dog home. Zoe has had no exposure to cats while in my care.

Recently, Zoe has been allowed to free roam when left alone. We generally find her asleep on the couch when we return. If she is going to be left for longer than a couple of hours, she is normally crated.

Zoe is very sweet. She loves to cuddle and use her human's as pillows during naps. She is very curious, and will follow you around to see what you are doing. She is very food-motivated, and has been able to learn sit, shake, and down very quickly. Zoe is pee pad trained, and is currently working on potty training. Zoe is a typically puppy, and will need continued training on appropriate play, commands, etc. Zoe will make a very good companion, and she is very excited to find her forever home.
