Updates
PUPDATE 2
Sunshine has been a busy girl! She loves getting to make friends at doggy daycare, where her foster mom is told that she is a "vocal player" and loves to be active with the other dogs, but also does well in her crate during breaks. She would definitely love to continue doggy daycare in her new home! She still is very active in the evenings and loves to go on walks in the state park nearby or play fetch (or both!).
Sunshine also had the time of her life at the lake over a long weekend, where she did well playing with a larger dog and wanted to follow her every move. She clearly looks up to older dogs and aims to please. She was great being around several new people and loved every second of all of the attention!
PUPDATE 1
Sunshine has been taken on two walks per day before and after work hours. I have either crated her during the workday with potty and play breaks every 2-3 hours or brought her into the office (during which she mostly naps).
Sunshine loves people and saying hello to all -- which is the source of some of her issues on leash. :) She will collapse at your feet for pets. She has no exposure to children. Sunshine has some puppy mouthiness we are working on which is common for her age. Sunshine has gone to work with her foster mom frequently and is a great (and always popular) office dog!
She is low/mid-energy during the day and mid/high-energy at night. She is a curious puppy who must investigate everything and therefore has some work to do with leash manners -- can be zig-zaggy.
Sunshine has had limited interactions with other dogs but every experience has been positive so far. She might have some nervousness around larger dogs per my observations on walks. Sunshine has no exposure to cats.
She should be supervised most of the time due to occasional accidents and occasional tendency to rip up toys/beds.
She gets nervous about some loud noises (construction, skateboards, etc.) so she would probably do better in a more rural or suburban home than downtown.
Sunshine is a sweet, happy-go-lucky girl and would do really well with a foster family who is able to give her lots of attention during the evenings and will love all of her puppy energy!
