Meet Rooster – Your New Best Friend!
Looking for a dog who’s equal parts playful, snuggly, and full of personality? Say hello to Rooster! This energetic, lovable pup is always up for a game of fetch, a run in the yard, or a romp around with his favorite toy. He’s happiest when he’s hanging out with his people — whether that’s adventuring outside or winding down with a cozy cuddle on the couch at the end of the day.
Rooster is crate trained, house trained (he scratches at the back door when he needs to go!), and currently working on polishing up his household manners and leash walking. Like any young dog with a zest for life, he’s still learning the ropes — but he’s eager to please and picking things up with consistency and patience.
He is great with kids and loves being part of the family action. Whether it's joining in backyard fun or just hanging out nearby while the household bustles around him, he's a happy, loyal companion who thrives when he's included.
Rooster loves to play with other dogs and would love a canine buddy to romp around with, but cats? Not so much. Rooster’s playful energy means he’s not a match for feline friends.
He would likely do best in a home where he has plenty of space to run and stretch his legs — a fenced yard would be a dream come true. Apartment or condo living probably isn’t the right fit for this guy, since he can be a bit vocal in his crate before settling down for a nap.
Rooster’s ideal home is one that matches his fun-loving spirit: active, dog-savvy, and ready to help him continue learning good manners. If you’ve got room to run and a heart ready for a goofy, loyal sidekick, Rooster might just be your perfect match.
