Adopted on August 20, 2021!
Renee gets up around 6 am, goes outside, eats breakfast and then naps on a chair next to me while I work from home. She goes outside around lunch and then again before she eats dinner. She naps in the evening between playing with her toys and chewing on bones. She is very quiet and loves to snuggle on the couch and follow you around wherever you go.
Renee is shy and takes some time to warm up to new people. She will sniff and lick you if you sit down and let her come to you. She has not had any exposure to children.
She has a low energy level. Renee is very content following her people around and napping throughout the day. She does not require much exercise but does enjoy being outside and checking out all the smells.
Renee gets along well with my two resident dogs that are much larger than her. One resident dog is 40 lb and the other is 80 lbs. She has done well meeting other small dogs while out on a walk. Renee has no exposure to cats.
Renee is currently crated when I am not home. She doesn't enjoy her crate but goes in and quiets down quickly.
Renee is a very sweet girl that is shy, but just wants to find a friendly and safe lap to snuggle in.
