Meet Morgana, an incredibly sweet and spunky little girl who plays hard and naps even harder!
A typical day for "Nana" is getting up between 5-6 am for potty, breakfast, and a quick play session with her beloved 60-lb canine foster brother. After going back into her crate to nap for another hour or so, her day begins in earnest. Nana divides her time between playing, snuggling/napping, snacking, and potty breaks. When retiring to her crate in the evening, she reliably sleeps through the night.
At about four months old, Nana's not yet potty trained, but does really well with a consistent schedule (every ~2-3 hrs. if not in crate). While vocal when initially put inside her crate, she does settle. How long this takes depends on how tuckered out she is and whether or not her brother is in his crate next to hers. (Given Nana's vocal stamina and vigor, apartment life is probably not for her.)
Like most puppies, Nana has bouts of energy followed by ample snoozes throughout the day. She loves to be outside to sunbathe or simply explore. Small critters like bunnies and squirrels get her very excited and ready to chase, so living with cats might not be ideal. Also, since she's still learning not to jump and mouth (teething puppy after all!), interactions with small children should be supervised.
Nana already walks surprisingly well on a leash and loves getting to know everyone she meets.
She is smart, eager to learn, and very food-motivated. This is a great combination for training! Now all she needs is her forever family...
