Hi there! I’m Minnow.
I’m a young furry mostly black puppy. I am incredibly smart and versatile. I am great with small kids. I am mostly respectful of cats and geriatric dogs. I love my human and dog family. I’m one of those personalities that is always smiling and always brings sunshine and joy.
I wake up around 6 in the morning, well-rested after a full night in my crate. I give my human a quick hug and kiss and gather my dog brothers for a quick run outside. We eat together as a family and get some more family play time. Then my brother and I take turns taking naps. I get some alone time with my human when Bass is napping so we cuddle, go for a walk, or I play with toys. Sometimes I still nip or chew on things I’m not supposed to but a sharp No usually gets my attention. Maybe because it’s part of my name.
When it’s my turn for a nap I go into my crate with no problem. I sleep for a couple hours and then we do it all over again. It’s like a fabulous merry go round.
I’m going to puppy kindergarten and let’s be honest. I’m probably the most social in the class. I could teach social studies. I’m mostly potty trained but have an accident once in awhile when my human is busy with something else.
We live with this super big dog that was a little agitated when we first got here but I kept at him until he gave in and now I have him wrapped around my little pinky paw.
My big brother plays rough and he’s much bigger than me so I’ve had to learn how to defend myself. This has helped me become pretty confident around new dogs and people. My motto is “play hard and cuddle harder”. I would enjoy a home with another dog, or a kid or two. I would also be happy being the only dog in a home with a human that is pretty active and social and takes me out on the town, jogging, or on long walks on the beach. Basically, I’d be happy anywhere there is love and activity.
I’ve been to a couple meet and greets and love these events. Please come and meet me in person. You’ll melt when you look deep into my eyes.
