Meet Michael! He is the sweetest 11 month old black lab puppy! He was pulled from a Texas shelter where he was described as timid but so affectionate. Michael is shy at first, but continues to gain more confidence every day! He is fostered with three other dogs and gets along great with all of them. He loves to play with his youngest foster brother and also enjoys a game of fetch. He is happy to chew a bone or chase a ball and will settle nicely on the couch at night.
Michael is crate trained, potty trained, and walks well on a leash. He is crated during the
workday with a short potty break at lunchtime and he sleeps quietly through the night in
his crate. He has not been around cats or children, but has gotten along with all people and dogs he has met.
Michael is very smart and already knows “sit” and “drop it”. He is working on “shake”, “down”, and “come”. He is very food motivated and learns new things quickly. Michael will be a fantastic fit in virtually any family and he cannot wait to have a home of his own!
