Marnie is a fun-loving, lovable lab mix. She loves both humans and dogs equally and gets along with them well! Marnie is friendly and ready to play. She is very easygoing, she doesn't mind being corrected by other dogs. She would be a great second dog to a family. She loves to run and play! Marnie will get into things if unsupervised but also goes to the dog toy box to find the right things to chew on. She is a typical puppy and is learning not to use her teeth and mouth for everything. She has learned quickly in the few days she has been here.
She sleeps in her crate well and enjoys sleeping. She loves to lay by your feet and be near you. She gets her energy out playing with other dogs so she would be great at a doggie daycare a few days a week. She has only had accidents on the first day she arrived. She does have access to the outside and knows to go out to go potty. Marnie is very respectful of my 7 yo grandson and did not jump on him.
She would be a great dog for a work-at-home person or someone gone 4-5 hours. She loves to be pet but also self-entertains with a bone on her bed. She is food and praise-motivated.
Marnie rides well in the car. She needs to work on leash training and is a little skeptical of all the noises in the big world. She will bark when she is playing or when she is ready to get out of her crate. She is a real sweetheart and ready for her forever family!
