PUPDATE 2
Lavender will enter the create enticed with kibble, without reaction. She lays down and settles in. Lavender is still working on slowing the exit.
She can self-entertain, sturdy braided ropes and aggressive chew toys work the best. Lavender really likes peanut butter frozen in her Kong treat toy.
She has to know where her humans are. She really likes belly rubs, ear and butt scratches. She tends to whine when someone leaves the house without her, but only for a few minutes.
Lavender is working on not putting front paws on the counter, looking for food. This smart gal knows the words “down”, “drop” and “no”.
PUPDATE 1
Lavender wakes up around 6am and then goes out for a walk. She will eat, play and naps during the day. Then it’s a midday walk and she eats about 5:00 pm. Lavender has a walk in the evening. I take her out about every 3 hours or so for a potty break. She's not a grazer - she'll eat what you put in her dish immediately.
Lavender shows her excitement of meeting/greeting people by her wiggly butt, typically not a vocal response. She's a social puppy not afraid of meeting new people in the house or out for a walk. Lavender has not met children yet.
She has a medium level energy - typically puppy zoomies. She is learning leash walking - can be redirected with "leave it" beginning of walk will pull, near end of walk will have loose leash at times - walks well with another dog.
Lavender plays and shares well with other dogs. She will be vocal and mouthy play but not aggressive in anyway. She gets excited to see other dogs on walks and can be redirected knows the command "leave it". Lavender does not live with any cats in her foster home.
She will whine/bark if placed in another room when she can hear other activity. Lavender will bark up to five minutes when crated and then quiets down. I have not left her completely alone.
Lavender is a playful, happy puppy. She is eager to have your attention/affection and will lay quietly beside you. She will lay beside the chairs at the kitchen table without reaction during dinner. She is a smart, quick learner. Lavender already knows her name and is responds to it.
