Izzy is housebroken, crate trained, and trustworthy when given free roam in the house. She loves her toys and a she’s not destructive around the house and has great manners—she hasn’t even tried to climb on the furniture!
She’s smart too! Izzy knows how to sit and wait patiently for her food, and she’ll happily catch treats mid-air like a pro. She does great with other dogs—playing nicely with her foster's friends’ pups as she is the only dog in her foster home—and would likely enjoy a canine sibling to play with.
Izzy is kid-friendly, but due to her size and enthusiasm, she’d do best in a home with older children who can handle her playful energy. She absolutely loves to run and would thrive in a home with a fenced in backyard to zoom around in, chase sprinklers, or just bask in the sun. And if you have a hose? Be ready—Izzy is a total water lover!
Izzy’s still working on is her leash manners. She’s strong and sometimes gets excited when something catches her eye. With consistent training (and maybe a treat or two), she’ll make a wonderful walking or hiking buddy.
Izzy’s ideal home would be with an active individual or family who understands that doodles need both mental and physical stimulation. Izzy is ready to share her love and silly joy with her new forever family.
