Nicknamed "Miss Perfect" by the shelter that rescued her, Firefly is a dream!
Firefly has an exuberance for life and loves every person & dog that she meets! She lives for getting belly rubs/scratches (she literally snorts in satisfaction) and loves to snuggle.
Firefly is great with other dogs! She would be happy with a pack, or she would also love all the attention of being an only child.
Firefly is house & crate-trained; she could likely free roam also. She is medium energy and quiet.
Firefly is working on keeping 4 feet on the floor when excited… she is just so happy to greet everyone! For this reason, I would recommend no young children, although she has not met children in my care.
Firefly had FHO surgery 3 months ago, so she does run with a bit of a limp and occasionally slips on hardwood floor. She would benefit from losing a few pounds and taking a daily joint supplement (Cosequin is frequently on sale at Costco). Firefly often gets zoomies and loves romping around with dog friends. She enjoys going on walks and is interested in training.
Miss Perfect would do well in most homes, and she will provide so much love to her new family!
