Updates

Little Dill was adopted on May 20, 2021!

Dill is up between 6:00 and 6:30 am when he goes to the yard to potty and then comes back in to eat breakfast. Then he goes out one more time before I leave for work. He is let out every 4-5 hours for a potty break. He hangs out with my dogs and cats while I am gone. He goes out again at 4:00 pm to play in the yard, eats again, and then hangs out with us in the evening. He goes out one last time before bed at 10:00 pm.

Dill LOVES people and warms up quickly to people that he meets when we are out and about. At home, his favorite place to be in on someone's lap or snuggled next to us for naps. He is literally one of the sweetest dogs I have fostered.

He is great with kids, but may do better with kids over the age of 5 who can be mindful of his small size.  Dill is a medium energy puppy.

Dill is great with other dogs, but due to his small size can become intimidated by dogs that are super rambunctious. Dill is great with cats.

He does great when left alone. Dill has not demonstrated any destructive behaviors, but he is still a puppy so has the occasional accident if left for too long. He does have my other pets with him while I am gone and seems to enjoy having animal companions.

Dill is one of the sweetest puppies I have fostered! He is a true lap dog and wants nothing more than to be near his people and he LOVES to snuggle. He is great with my dogs (both large and small) as well as my cats. It takes him a little while to warm up to new people and situations, but one he figures out he is safe, he quickly becomes everyone's best friend. He is very petite at 9 pounds, so super rambunctious dogs or kids can be a little intimidating for him.
