Calliope is sleeping next to me as I write this. If you tell her I said this, she will get a big head. Shhhh….. She is just the perfect dog. She is extremely friendly, sweet, gentle, great with other dogs, very affectionate and incredibly smart. Now, she needs a little more work on the crate training / potty training. She knows exactly what to do when we go outside and go for walks, but if I don’t pay attention to her cues or don’t time it right, she may just leave me a puddle. A super simple thing to get through and I’m confident it will be very quick with her. She also needs to learn the “off” command. She is soooooo affectionate she climbs right up into my lap. And sleeps on my head. And my chihuahua.
My favorite thing about Calliope is…..I can’t decide. I have two. She is a big snorter. She sounds like a piggy. It is so adorable, it’s like music to my ears. Also, she wakes me up every morning with a kiss and a nibble to my ear. How sweet is that?!?!?!? What else could I tell you? She likes to go for car rides, she has met a cat, didn’t growl, didn’t lunge, just play bowed and then walked away. If I type anymore, I’m going to end up keeping the cuddle bug, so I’d better sign off now. Calliope says Sweet Dreams, and I hope to meet you soon!
