Annie sleeps great in her kennel and will never make a peep. She wakes up around 7am and goes outside before eating breakfast. She usually gets two 30 minute walks a day and loves to hang out in the backyard. She also sleeps a lot and likes to chew on Nylabones. Between 7-10:30pm she is most likely passed out on the couch and loves to snuggle.
Annie does great in the car and loves to explore. She will react to 50% of dogs if we see them outside which will entail some barking/hopping. She can also be reactive when passing new people on the sidewalk or in close quarters so best to give Annie space from others when out on a walk. Annie does get along with some dogs and loves to play when she does. She's best friends with two huskies that live next door. We've trained her to stay on her place while we vacuum (she used to be afraid of this). Annie is not afraid of storms or fireworks. Another dog wearing a cone or something like that may be scary for her.
Annie has met some children in the past and has done well with them but has not been around them regularly or met many.
Annie is an adventurer and has gone on trips with us. She loves a good game of tug-of-war. Annie is not destructive in the house and has never had an accident.
Annie worked with a trainer at Wisco Dog Training in the fall of 2022 and is willing to give a complimentary lesson to the new owner to pass on what Annie already knows.
