Updates

Say hello to Peanut Butter Pattie! She wakes up around 6 am, goes outside, then eats. After breakfast she plays with our two resident dogs (Fetch WI rescue) in the fenced in backyard for a bit. After that is group nap. Minus the food, this yard play, nap approach is on repeat until dinner. The only thing that changes is the nap location: on the bed, in the crate, on the floor, on a dog bed or the couch. Seems like a great life, right?!

Peanut Butter Pattie is one of the sweetest pups I've had the pleasure of fostering. She's snuggly, fuzzy and soft. The best thing? She doesn't nip or chew on things even though she's teething. Nor does she jump up on people. She knows sit, especially when a treat in involved.

Peanut Butter Pattie can be a bit timid when you first meet her, it's all in your approach. I can provide guidance when you meet her. On the days I work from home, she comes into my office to make a guest appearance on Teams meetings. My colleagues love her. She's getting better about being photographed for profile pics. I mean seriously, have you seen that adorable face and those paws?!

Friends have commented how sweet Peanut Butter Pattie is when they've visited. She even fell asleep on one person during an extended period of petting.

Peanut Butter Pattie hasn't been around kids, but I suspect she'd adapt in a few days.

Except for the frequent play sessions, Peanut Butter Pattie is a low-medium energy pup. She really enjoys lounging in the yard vacillating from a sunny spot to a shady spot.

Our two resident dogs (lab mixes: 18 months (foster fail) and 8 yrs old) immediately took Peanut Butter Pattie in as a pack member. They have taught her how to be a dog. Peanut Butter Pattie follows them everywhere, plays with both of them and naps on them.

Peanut Butter Pattie hasn't been exposed to felines.

When we leave home, we either put Peanut Butter Pattie in her crate or free roaming in a bedroom with the resident dogs who keep an eye on her.

Peanut Butter Pattie is looking forward to meeting you!
