Nona is a friendly, curious, and easy-going girl who loves everyone! She is potty and crate-trained; she is currently crated during the work day but could likely free roam eventually. She sleeps in bed with me and goes on a morning and evening walk.
She is a medium-energy dog who does best with at least an hour of daily physical exercise. She entertains herself well inside my apartment with chews/toys especially when the weather does not permit a walk.
Nona is very trusting of people and seeks out pets even from strangers. She loves to give hugs and is just learning how nice snuggles and pillows are. She likes kids and spent the weekend with a 2-year-old. She did really well with him but did try to take food off his high chair. She will need continued training to control her counter-surfing impulses.
Nona has been friendly towards every dog she's met and ignores cats. She co-exists nicely with my dog and is respectful of her space. They enjoy wrestling and going on walks together. Nona would be fine with either a similar energy dog or an only dog. She would probably enjoy dog parks and daycare.
She is very treat-motivated, generally pretty quiet, and will follow you everywhere. She really is the sweetest and it melts my heart when she leans into me!
Nona has not yet been spayed. She will be adopted out with an adoption addendum agreement to get spayed at a later date.
