Morgan is an early riser and will let you know he wants breakfast as soon as he hears the alarm go off. During the day Morgan goes to doggy daycare where he has the best time with his dog friends. He is always super excited to get picked up from daycare as well and likes to play fetch in the yard and snuggle on the couch. Morgan is the sweetest boy who loves to play and get scratches!
He is a bit shy with new faces, and prefers to approach first especially with new strangers at home. Generally after a few minutes with treats he will warm up. If he is still feeling overwhelmed he will go lay down in the bedroom away from new people.
He does well with the resident dog and respects that she often doesn’t want to play. Morgan would do really well in a home with another pup who he could wrestle with and steal their toys. Having another dog in the house has really helped him “learn how to be a dog”.
He has some separation anxiety and doesn’t use a crate (he will bark) but has done well free roaming for up to a few hours.
Morgan is scared of kids so he will need to go to a family without them.
Fun fact: Morgan will eat anything (he loves carrots, apples and blueberries)!
