Katydid is a puppy equal parts spunk and cuddles. She is interested in the cats but respects that they don't want to play. She enjoys playing with her dog sisters and is also doing well learning to play independently. Her favorite toys are Lamb Chop and an antler to chew. Her favorite activities are scaling the couch (a big feat, she's only 3 lbs!) and burrowing under blankets and legs. Her preferred sleeping spot is on our feet or the crook of our knees cuddled up on the couch. If you can't find her, look in a full laundry basket and she's probably hanging out there. The cold weather has hampered potty training but she's leaning and making good progress, same with crate training.

We have a select few foster homes that specialize in raising litters, and have each raised dozens of litters for our rescue. Having an experienced eye care for these puppies as they grow up is critical to their long-term success.
