Updates

Meet Daisy! This little girl is amazing. She sleeps in her pen and we wake early. Straight out to potty or she won’t wait for you. Poops immediately after she eats. She settles in after a walk and will take a nice morning nap. I get home for lunch with another walk and another cup of food. She settles back in her pen until I get back after work. She likes to socialize with the neighbors and meet people at night.

Daisy loves everyone as long as you stay low and slow. She gets more excited inside with meets. Daisy’s foster mom that helped her was fantastic. She exposed all the pups to fireworks, kids, loud noises, and they don’t mind being picked up. Daisy is a spaz outside, we use a harness to walk and she will grab the leash to do it herself. I let the leash drag and let her run next to me.

Daisy is very dog friendly. Her play style is submissive, but if pushed she can be a bit more nippy. She is great with all sizes and ages of dogs. Daisy was raised for the first month with two cats and the litter really disinterested. Now I think I would be cautious

She does whine when I walk my dog without her, and she can be loud. She has a houndy bark and howl but only uses it when I leave for work, she then settles in her bed. Otherwise she pretty quiet.

She is 95% potty trained and is doing so well with commands and recall. She has really sharp teeth right now and is mouthy, but redirecting with a toy works well. She is good with children but cautious at first. If everyone sits down, all is good. She has been introduced to water and has no fear.

Daisy is truly a great puppy. She has been exposed to so much as a young pup and she is finding her confidence. Check out Miss Daisy, she’s so fun!
