Meet Chili!
Chili is a 5 year old, spayed female, German Shepherd Dog that is looking for a family to call her own. When she was younger, it was hoped that she could be used for detection work, however Chili didn't have an interest in being a working dog. She would enjoy continued fun classes, rally, or even non-competitive obedience or agility. She'd also be quite happy with being your best walking, hiking, and fetch buddy ever.
She is housebroken, and asks nicely when she needs to go out. She is crate trained and uses it on willingly on her own. She knows basic obedience, though occasionally forgets what leash manners are. She has some advanced training as well including climb (getting up on things) and holding objects.
She would prefer to be an only dog or live with one that doesn't have an interest in toys. No cats please. Chili has met and been good with children, but we would recommend no children under 10 as she can be enthusiastic when zooming or playing and often forgets her body takes up space and can knock small ones over.
