Meet Cap, a 5.5 month old black lab from Texas! Cap can be shy at first but very sweet and affectionate. He loves his foster parents and can’t get enough snuggles. He is fostered with three other dogs and gets along well with all of them. He has not met children or cats in his current foster home, but due to his sweet nature he would probably be fine with both.
He is working hard on crate and potty training and with a consistent schedule, he will master it in no time! He has typical puppy behaviors and is working hard on his manners. He walks well on a leash and enjoys all the new smells a walk has to offer. He loves to play fetch and chew a bone. Cap is very food motivated and incredibly smart, making training much easier!
Cap would be a great dog for a first time pet owner or a nice addition to an existing pack. He has a ton of love to give and just wants to be loved in return. He can’t wait to find his forever home just in time for summer!
Cap will be adopted out with an addendum to his contract to be neutered at an appropriate age.
