Meet Bernie: Your New Best Friend!
Bernie is estimated to be approximately a 3-month-old mixed breed puppy with soulful eyes and a playful personality. He and his siblings were found abandoned on a rural TX train track. He's curious, energetic, and loves to explore, making him the perfect companion for an active household. When he’s not playing, Bernie enjoys snuggling up for a nap.
Bernie is quick to learn and eager to please. He’s working on basic commands and making good progress with potty training. He sleeps in a crate overnight and when home alone - he takes a few minutes to settle into his crate, but thus far has been quiet the duration of his stay in there. However, if we’re guessing from his floppy ears, he’s most likely a houndy pup, and thus could have lots to say if you have shared walls. Bernie would thrive in a loving home with lots of attention and playtime. He’s great with kids and other dogs, making him a wonderful addition to any family.
Due to his young age, Bernie will be adopted out with an addendum to his contract to be neutered at an appropriate age.
