While Baxter may not be a fan of the little ones, he's a canine connoisseur of adult companionship. With a wag of his nub tail and a twinkle in his eye, he'll shower you with unwavering loyalty and endless affection. Whether it's curling up on the couch for a Netflix marathon or embarking on outdoor adventures, Baxter is always up for quality time with his favorite humans.
If kiddos visit occasionally, Baxter asks for a space of his own away from them. Before coming to Fetch, Baxter was surrendered twice, both times because of living with kiddos who make him very anxious and uncomfortable. We’re determined that Baxter’s next home will be his last stop and the retirement home of his dreams!
This pint-sized pup is more than just a pretty face – he's got brains to match! Baxter excels in obedience training and loves to show off his impressive repertoire of tricks. From mastering basic commands to tackling more advanced challenges, he's always eager to learn and eager to please.
Despite his aversion to children, Baxter gets along famously with other furry friends. Although, really, he’s content to just snuggle up with his favorite adult hoomans, lounging in a cozy sunny spot for hours on end.
