I was found on the I90 in South Dakota eating roadkill on the side of the freeway with my furend Ditch. My foster mom originally named me Freeway but my foster sister hated that name so she changed it to Effie! However, I come running no matter what name I’m called! I was so happy when my foster mom saved us that I jumped right in the truck. I am a chocolate lab mix and love all things animals people kids cats you name it! My foster mom said we should have named me velcro because I have to practically sit on you to get close enough. I’m small probably about 45-50 pounds. I am crate-trained and potty-trained but need you by my side to go potty. My foster mom comes outside with me every time otherwise I won’t go. I’m a super sweet girl who would love to have a family to call my own that I can love and snuggle.
